OVERVIEW
GPQ-※※※-N feed oil distributor is used in thin oil centralized lubrication system to distribute the pressure oil from the main oil circuit to each lubrication branch for quantitative control and monitoring. Its working principle adopts the principle of float flowmeter, and the body is made of organic glass, featuring easy adjustment, reliable operation, good visibility, simple structure and easy cleaning. Applicable to paper, chemical, sugar, textile, power station, metallurgy, mining, cement, building materials and other industries, complete sets of equipment, can also be used for lubrication of stand-alone equipment.
Applicable medium viscosity grade N22-N460 lubricating oil. Applicable environment, temperature at 100 ℃.

Precautions
1. The body of the oil distributor must be installed vertically.
2. The lubricating oil filtration precision should not be less than 100 mesh.
The oil quantity of each lubrication point is regulated by the control valve on the corresponding branch above the main body, and the position of the engraved line where the flow indicator is located in the front direct view corresponds to its flow value.
4、The oil inlet below the main body is connected with the oil supply pipe, and the oil outlet above is connected with each lubrication point.
5、The oil port and mounting screw hole size of this product can be made according to the user's ordering requirements.
